Programming and Data Recovery Cables and Adapters

Programming and Data Recovery Cables

The TSC-7A is a multi-use interface cable terminated with a USB A connector and a male BNC (bayonet style) connector. The cable is used to connect various Telonics products to a computer when using Telonics Product Programmer (TPP), Telonics Data Converter (TDC), or the CR-2a BCP-2 programming software. The BNC connector allows quick and easy attachment of various adapters (available separately, see below). Length of the TSC-7A is approximately 67 in (170 cm).
(The TSC-7A replaces the TSC-3 and TSC-4 series cables - both of which still do function with Telonics software.)

For use on these Telonics Products: Most GEN 4 GPS systems, Argos systems, and collar release mechanisms when programming or downloading data.
CN008351-001: Adapter, female BNC to alligator clips for use with the TSC-7A cable. This adapter is used for systems where programming/download connections are made using the antenna tip or saltwater switch buttons. Length of the adapter attached is approximately 7 in (18 cm).

A direct replacement for the Alkaline Primary Battery Pack which comes with all TR-5 Receivers. This option provides the user with the most advanced and energy dense rechargeable power system available today. Note that Li-Ion systems do not have the "memory" problems associated with the Nickel-xxx electrochemical systems of the past. This battery pack contains two independent batteries for redundancy and is capable of running the TR-5 unit for 24 hours without the display backlight and 18 hours with the backlight turned on. The recharge time for the system is just 4 hours. This option comes with its own charger, the PS006477-001 AC charge cord and includes two of the PS006478-001 rechargeable Sony Li-Ion batteries. No special tools are required for installation.
